What personal data do we collect and process?
Personal data that you provide to us by submitting an enquiry or contact form:
- Name and surname,
- telephone contact,
- email address,
- the text of the message.
The name, surname, email address and telephone number must be processed in order to process your request or enquiry to our company. We will only keep this personal data for the duration of the negotiation/resolution of the request in question.
Personal data that we process automatically:
We use third-party cookies on our website that store information about your visit to the website anonymously. This can then be used for analytical or marketing purposes. All information in the cookies we store is anonymous and stored for as long as necessary.
It is also possible to use the website without cookies by disabling them via your browser, by limiting cookies to certain websites or by notifying us when a cookie is sent.
On the basis of what authority and for what purposes do we process personal data?
- The legal basis for processing personal data is your consent to the processing of personal data, which you express by sending your personal data in an enquiry or contact form.
The purpose of the processing of personal data is to process the request or enquiry sent by you.

- The right of access to personal data

In some cases, you have the right to have your personal data erased by us. This is where:> We no longer need your personal data for the purposes for which we processed it;
> you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for which your consent is necessary and there is no other legal reason for us to continue to process that data;
> you exercise your right to object to processing (see below Right to object to processing) and it becomes apparent under this right that your interest outweighs our legitimate interest in processing the personal data in the given situation;
> you believe that the personal data is being processed unlawfully by us.
Please note that this right does not apply if the processing of the personal data concerned is necessary for compliance with our legal obligation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
- Right to restriction of processing
In some cases, you have the possibility to request restriction of processing if you contest the accuracy of your personal data; you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully; your personal data is no longer necessary for the stated purposes of the processing but you need it for the establishment, exercise or defence of your legal claims; or if you have objected to the processing (see below Right to object to processing). If the processing of your personal data is restricted, it can only be processed with your consent (except for storage or backup). - Right to data portability
You have the right to ask us to transfer your personal data that you have provided to us. This right only applies to personal data that we process by automated means. We will provide you with your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. - Right to object to processing
We process some personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest (see above “On the basis of what authority and for what purposes do we process personal data?”), you have the right to object to such processing of your personal data. If it is for marketing activities, we will stop processing your personal data without further action.
